Returns and Exchanges Policy
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned. These include unique or custom-made items produced by artists for sale through our platform. For a full list of non-refundable items, see Exceptions section, below.
Retail and wholesale items (eg blankets, candles, books, arts supplies, etc.) have a 30-day return or exchange policy for in person returns.We only return or exchange in our shop and do not ship exchanges or returns .
Returned items will receive a store credit - no refunds will be issued. Store credit gift cards are valid for one year after the date of issue.
Returned items or items for exchange must be in the same condition as when initially purchase. They must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate a return or exchange.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), consignment items (objects or works produced by artists), custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g. beauty products).
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damage and defective issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us at aunties@auntycollective.com
